We’re beyond excited to announce that LB Oskari Tapola is joining our defense for the 2025 season! Tapola spent the 2025 season with the Berlin Rebels and previously showcased his talent in the Maple League with the Seinäjoki Crocodiles.
Our DC Sampo Ranta commented Tapola’s arrival: “Oskari brings speed and instinct to our strong linebacker group. He learns quickly and can take on multiple roles which makes him a valuable player in our defence”

OL Samuli Vehkomäki returns to the Roosters after a year spent with the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns. We are excited to have Samuli join us again for the 2026 as his familiarity with the system and experience make him a huge asset to the squad. The OL just got even tougher — and the 2026 offense is shaping up to be something special!
Our QB Ambro Urjansson commented on Samuli’s return: “It’s great to have Samppa with us again. He brings trust and skill to our offense, and I couldn’t be happier heading into the 2026 season. Kovaa ajoa!”
